CAP Loan Committee
The CRA is seeking Commercial Lenders to serve on the Capital Access Program (CAP) Loan Committee. Applicants should be familiar with SBA 504 loan procedures and represent financial institutions that make SBA 504 loans locally. The CAP program provides loans to assist in meeting the borrower equity requirement of an SBA 504 loan structure. The CAP Loan Committee will be the decision making body for the CAP Loan.
