The CRA is exploring ways to optimize the plaza location and create additional opportunities for people to enjoy the plaza throughout the day and evening. The CRA envisions creating a lively location that is attractive and well-utilized both day and night. This project will support existing successful uses such as the farmer’s market and concert events, and will encourage an expansion of such programmed activities. In addition to supporting special events, the CRA also aims to bring daily visitors and downtown pedestrian traffic to the Plaza on a regular basis.
