The CRA operates in four Community Redevelopment Areas: Eastside, Fifth Avenue/Pleasant Street, Downtown, and College Park/University Heights. Redevelopment projects in these areas all share a central purpose: to alleviate urban blight in the Community Redevelopment Areas.
